Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal (consumers only)

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
Withdrawal must be notified in writing to mdock@morkenborg.com within the period.
Return costs must be covered by the customer.
Items that have been used beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and function may result in a partial refund, depending on the condition of the item.
The item must be sent to the address above together with the order confirmation.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Custom-made items or items with a personal touch.
Sealed items where the seal has been broken.
Digital content not supplied on a physical medium, if the consumer has consented to delivery.
