Shipping policy

Delivery

General

• We deliver throughout Denmark, excluding Greenland and the Faroe Islands.
• Delivery normally takes place within 1–3 business days for items in stock.
• Shipping prices start from DKK 35. Items are shipped via GLS or a freight company.

Business customers

• Delivery takes place ex warehouse. Risk passes to the buyer upon collection or delivery at the buyer's premises.
• In the case of partial deliveries, the parts are invoiced and delivered separately, unless otherwise agreed.

Consumers

• Risk for the item passes to the consumer once the item is in their physical possession.
• If delivery is delayed due to circumstances attributable to the consumer, the consumer covers the additional costs.

Common provisions

• In the event of items being sold out, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
• If there is no room at the delivery point, the package will be moved to the nearest location. You will be informed of this.
